Genuinely the best sandwich I have ever had. Presentation, taste, ingredient quality, even the napkins are high quality. I will never eat another sandwich in my life unless it is from Mimi’s.

Such a great place to pop in and grab a panini! I got the vegetariano vegetarian panini and omg the flavors are so yummy! Very friendly staff and quick service. Bread is thick, crunchy and fluffy all at the same time. Lots of options to choose from and also desserts.

This place gets 5s across the board. Food- so so so good. And it was a big old sandwich for a reasonable price. Service- staff was amazing. Offered to get my toddler some bread and cheese to keep her happy and brought it out right away. They were very friendly and she loved that they called her a princess. Pretty quick all around. As a resident of La Jolla, I was so excited when I discovered Mimi's. It is in the space that used to be delicious and Alfie (La Dolce Vita) wife is Mimi! :) Needless to say, the paninis are AMAZING. I had the Chiara panini - breaded chicken cutlet, pesto, provolone and sun dried tomatoes on focaccia bread and it was sooo delicious.. and HUGE!
